The sun was shining…and so were the dozens of trophies…as more than a hundred Brockham players had their achievements of the past year recognised in the annual Awards ceremony at the end of June. The traditional awards for Player of the Year, Golden Boot, Player’s Player and Most Improved Player were handed out in each squad, along with a few extra awards ranging from special achievements to acts above and beyond the call of duty – namely getting down and dirty washing the kit every week!
Whilst each
one of the club’s 300 players can be proud of their effort and determination
throughout the season, there was extra recognition for the U10 Brockham
Green squad, as they received their Tadworth League Championship trophy
