environment by ensuring your team and the vicinity they occupy is left clean and tidy. There will be
plenty of rubbish bins located throughout the site on the weekend and each team will receive a refuse
sack with their day-packs on the day. Please would each team manager allocate a Rubbish Monitor for
the day.
Lost Children, Lost Property, & General Information
Lost children must be brought to the attention of the Competition Centre immediately. The
Tournament Team has a strict and effective plan of action for such eventuality which could prove
critical in finding any lost child safely and quickly.
The Competition Centre will act as a general information point throughout the Brockham 2010 tournament, including a deposit or collection point for lost property.
Match Results & League Positions
All match results and league positions (with the exception of Under 8s, in keeping with FA guidelines) for U9s upwards will be posted at regular intervals throughout each day at the
Competition Centre. This location will be clearly marked on the site map published and available on
the day.
Match Schedules
There are more than 300 matches being held on each day of the tournament so it is vital that each
Team Manager pays great attention to their schedule.
First matches will start promptly at 9:30am each day. Any team not registered and available to play by their allotted time will forfeit the game by virtue of a
1-0 win in favour of your opponents. We will
exercise some discretion and flexibility throughout the day, but the Match Official’s decision is
absolute and final, and it is essential the first matches kick-off strictly at 9:30am.
A list of your actual opponents in your qualifying league is here, as is a full match schedule with
the nominated World Cup national teams named. A full schedule with the actual names of each team
in the entire tournament will be disclosed on the day within the official Brockham 2010 tournament
programme.
