Pre‐Tournament Player Registration Instructions – ACT NOW!

We MUST have
a record of each player’s name and birth date prior to the tournament.
If subsequently you require to make a change to these details then you must do this in writing via
email to Jane Mahony or by post to Jane Mahony, 60 Middle Street, Brockham, Surrey, RH3 7HW. Only minor changes will be allowed on the day and can be made
at the point of registration.
The deadline for receipt of Players Registration Details is Friday 4th June. Any team failing to
submit players’ details by this date may not be eligible to compete on the day.
Parking & Arrival Instructions
Parking is FREE and there is plenty of space. All Managers will find eight colour coded car park
permits in their Tournament Pack, sent in advance. Please ensure all drivers clearly display this permit upon arrival.
There is no need to request additional permits as capacity has been allowed for extra visitors.
The colour of your car park permits (orange or green) indicates both where you and your team
supporters MUST park, plus the route we would prefer you take to the venue. It is important all
drivers follow the route instructions carefully. Car Parks open at 8am.
There is a strict NO PARKING policy in force in the streets surrounding The Big Field tournament
venue. Only park in the designated parking zones. DO NOT PARK ON THE ROADS. Wheel clamping
will be in operation throughout the weekend.

On-the-Day Registration Instructions
Within the Tournament Packs for Managers you will find eight Match Location Cards – please issue one
per player/parent. Upon arrival you will be directed to your allocated Parking Zone from which all
players and spectators must make their way to the respective pitch number assigned on the Match
Location Cards. All your group matches will take place on your appointed pitch throughout the day. To ensure location of your pitch is made easy there will be several site maps around the tournament
grounds plus a full colour site map will be found within the tournament programme on sale for £2
throughout the weekend.
ONLY the Team Manager should make his/her way to the Competition Centre to register the team.
You are required to register at either the ORANGE or GREEN registration desks. Your appropriate
registration desk is indicated by the colour of your Car Park Permits and Match Location Cards. You
will be asked to confirm each player’s details and sign-in formally. You will then receive your
Tournament Day-Pack and any further instructions.
